Bardstown is set on 100 acres of farmland in the middle of Kentucky – just the place to make bourbon! They’re a very modern distillery with a focus on sustainability, transparency and innovation.
This straight bourbon is made with a high (36%) rye mashbill, giving it a spicy, minty character on top of the classic bourbon notes.

A beautifully balanced blend of apricot, orange blossom, and mint rests on caramel, nutmeg, and rich oak. On the palate, waves of cinnamon and vanilla lead to a bold, signature-lasting finish.
